HOW TO USE 

Shake well before use. Add 1 capful of the product to a glass (200 ml) of water. Mix thoroughly and rinse your mouth with the prepared solution for 30 seconds, then spit out. The product may also be used by adding it to the mouthwash reservoir in the same ratio. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use. For best results, use twice daily, in the morning and evening. Do not reuse the prepared solution.
